Shrimp Boil

Serves: 8–10

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white trash seasoning
  • 2 bags of potatoes
  • 6 lbs fresh shrimp
  • 4 heads of garlic
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 containers whole mushrooms
  • 5 packs sausage
  • Pack of corn
  • 18 eggs

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil with seasoning and lemons.
  2. Add garlic and potatoes; boil 10 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, mushrooms, and sausage; cook 4 minutes.
  4. Add corn; cook 4 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, cut heat, cover 3–5 minutes depending on shrimp size.

Serve with cocktail sauce and remoulade!

Spicy Crab Dip

Spicy Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ lb jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • ¼ c grated parmesan
  • 3 tbsp minced green onion
  • 2 lg garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1–2 jalapeños (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Bake 35–40 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  4. Serve with Ritz, celery, or your favorite cracker!
Mary's Piña Colada

Mary's Piña Colada

Serves: 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 2 oz Coco Lopez
  • Pineapple juice
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pineapple + cherry for garnish
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Adjust to taste.
  3. Top with pineapple and cherry.
